Am trying to add authentication capability on a gateway that will be able to check the identity of a person before it sends the data to the database. I will be using a fingerprint scanner to verify the identity of person. I have the gateway source code running the only problem am having is how to implement authentication in the gateway for it to be able to communicate with the finger print scanner. I wanted to do it in c#. The fingerprint scanner is written in c++.
