i have make a application in which i have used a AT Command For sending SMS by cell phone it is working just when i try to write any other language like Arabic Urdu and then try to send it sending successfully but on cell phone it shows all words ????????????????? like this

This is because you are using the default encoding for your email message (body) and subject. You have to use UTF8 encoding for both like in the next example:
