Hi, i have few questions to ask related with C# Programming

1)How to import many file(matrix form) into C# and transpose(500x200 to 200x500) the row and column. The coding could able to do for all kind files. (It is possible to execute the matrix form that saved in no files regarding with CUDA Project)

2)Later, i need to flip(change the row position of matrix form) the matrix form(only flip i named files as odd number)

3)Select first row for each matrix form files, and save in new form. same goes to second row until 500th row.

4)Plot graph for each files and combine the graphs to create a video

5)What is CUDA, and how it's related with Graphic cards

6)How does CUDA is worked with GPU?

7)Which graphic card support with CUDA (Prefer NVIDIA brand)
