我是编程的初学者（学生），我被分配来制作计时器。我搜索了许多教程，帖子等，但没有一个解释他们使用的代码。所以我不能使用这些代码，因为我不理解它们。我只需要做一个计时器，用户将输入分钟和秒钟（例如：01：30）（分：秒），当它达到00:00时将停止。有人可以帮帮我吗？

I'm a beginner(student) in programming and i was assigned to make a timer. I've searched many tutorials, posts, etc. but none of them explained the codes they used. So i cant use those codes because i dont understand them. I just need to do a timer, which the user will input minutes and seconds.(ex.01:30)(min:sec) and will stop when it reached 00:00. Can somebody help me please??
