Hi,

Is there a way to create a policy who would add a tag with the user name of the client who created the ressource in Azure ?

Example:

Joe create a new VM in azure and a tag with is Azure account is created ("Create by: Joe")

As far as i know azure does not support this policy. But you can achieve this by using cloud custodian azure plugin. Please go through this for further reference,
