I want to apply multiple language set with sharepoint 2013 onpremises site using javasctipt (or) server object model (or) client object model. if i will choose any lagnuage option it will reflect to all pages and site on sharepoint 2013.

Hi SimhaVL,

Didn't get your question, why do you want to apply it using JS/SSOM/CSOM. SharePoint Already has multi-lingual option that you can enable using Variation settings.

And if you are talking about customization then for the Server Side code SSOM/CSOM you can use Localized resource file and use culture information to load the language resource file to display the custom content in selected language.

And for JavaScript based customization you have to create JSON based resource file for different languages and load it at runtime based on the current culture.
