I am using Azure SQL Database. I am getting network error several times a day.
I already checked the resource health which is proper.

Can you please navigate the Azure SQL Database connectivity troubleshooter (Link) and select the 3rd radio button: The server was not found or was not accessible (Errors 26, 40, 10053)

Let us know if this does not get you a resolution. If it doesn't please ensure that Automatic Tuning is enabled and the recommendations are being deployed. Also, what service tier are you deployed at and do you need to scale to a larger tier?
