I found this error while generating excel file (.xls) in SSIS: 

注意： 

1。安装了Microsoft Access数据库引擎2010（英语）。 

1. Having Microsoft access database engine 2010 (english) installed. 

2。 Office套件就在那里（安装了excel应用程序）。

2. Office suite is there (excel application is installed).

3。在视觉工作室中运行时，WOrk很好。 

3. WOrks fine when run in visual studio.

The SSIS components work with a lower version of Excel and the package needs to be set to run in in 32 bit mode
