i am trying to setup Application gateway to support multi site.

i have two App service info-test and info-app

i am trying multisite listeners one for info-test and one for info-app, but when i try to create the second listener it fails stating

"Existing listener 'info-testhttpslistener' has the same configuration. Two listeners cannot use the same port and frontend IP configuration."

i am following ://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-gateway/application-gateway-create-multisite-portal#create-listeners-and-routing-rules 

not sure what i am missing

Hi Tingu, 

Hope you are going Great!!!

When you are creating multi-site Listener, you need to make sure you delete the Basic Listener which already gets created. Also, you need to specify a Hostname to differentiate one Listener to another as all are created on same port. 

If you are doing it via Portal, create a dummy listener and then edit the basic rule to use this. Then delete the basic listener and create a multi-site listener with HostName. Then you should be able to create.
