I have installed visual studio 2017 enterprise followed by WDK 10 installation. The driver menu is not appearing in the tool bar. Also I am not able to build my existing driver project which otherwise is working with Visual studio 2013. The error message I am receiving is 

Error MSB4019 The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\Microsoft.cpp.props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk. infra C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\VC\VCTargets\Microsoft.Cpp.Redirect.12.props

Welocme to MSDN forum.

After installing in my side, it could appear normally. Please select the corresponding version to download and install WDK from this page. eg: VS2017 enterprise--Windows 10, version 1709

Windows 10, version 1809    Visual Studio Community 2017 
Windows 10, version 1803    Visual Studio Professional 2017 
Windows 10, version 1709    Visual Studio Enterprise 2017

After WDK completes installation, please check the Install Windows Dirver Kit for visual studio extension, then wait for seconds, and install the extension.

Note: visual studio should be closed during doing these steps

Please install the build tool for VS2017. Then try to re-build your project.
