I was having an argument saying that it is impossible, my friend says, for a single programmer to develop an entire Nintendo 64 emulator that can run many commercial games in his spare time, all by himself with just C/C++ and SDL/OpenGL. I don't see why not, I mean if you have tons of free time and are willing to read and mimic hardware from documentation, etc. Also, my friend says one person can not develop a Genesis or Atart 2600 or Super Nintendo without help either ... is it possible for one person to develop an emulator entirely from scratch to the magnitude of Nintendo 64?
