I assume when we process the cube (either manually in SSMS or using SSIS's Analysis services processing task), it automatically arrange ALL objects like dimensions, measure groups, partitions within itself to process all of them in parallel.

When I am opening Analysis services processing task editor which has SSAS objects to process, I saw below message at the bottom of editor:

Can not understand exactly where it applies. I am using VS 2015/SSDT 2015.

It has nothing to do with VS/SSDT, but with your SSAS Edition, see
Analysis Services features supported by SQL Server Editions: Parallel model processing => Only available in Enterprise & Developer Edition.
