As it says, "Unable to Create Linked Service for Stored Procedure Activity".

This is to an SQL Managed Instance, with an overused SQL account, that happens to be a Sysadmin for now.  That meaning the credentials are correct and there are permissions.  However we get the following error:

• Cannot connect to SQL Server: 'XXX', Database: 'AA', User: 'UUU'.

No other details.  While ADF is new to us, this seems that it should be straight forward, Server, DB, Username and Password.  There is an article that discusses opening firewall ports for Azure SQL, but this should not apply.

Any ideas?
