重新创建问题的步骤

1.在SharePoint链接下面打开，

2.在请求者下，请选择"浏览图标"（人物选取器）群组。

  3.搜索任何名称并单击确定。

4.现在所选名称将被添加到请求者区块。

5.现在，在网站联系下点击"浏览图标"

1.Open below SharePoint link,
2.Under requestor please select the "Browse icon"(people Picker). 
 3.Search for any names and click on OK.
4.Now selected name will be added to the requestor block.
5.Now, under Site contact click on "Browse icon"
This will not bring the form after clicking on the "Browse icon"   it opens only one form to be added and not allows vice versa.
Note: This issue occurs only in Internet explorer, it works fine in other browsers

Can you try adding you site into trusted site?

1. 从Internet Explorer菜单中，转到工具，兼容性视图设置。

1. From the Internet Explorer menu, go to Tools, Compatibility View Settings.
2. From the Compatibility View Settings page, click Add.  This will add the site to the list.
3. Click OK/Close.
4. From the Internet Explorer menu, go to Tools, Internet Options.
5. Click the Security tab.
6. Click Trusted sites to highlight it.
7. Click Sites.
8. Click Add.  This will add the site to the Websites list.
9. Click Close/OK.
10. Close all Internet Explorer windows.
11. Reopen and go back to the site.
