If your organization has a paid subscription to Office365,Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online,Enterprise Mobility suite, or other Microsoft services,then you have a free subscription to Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Normally in this subscription all other services are not accessible. If you need access to other Microsoft services in azure , you need to have Azure subscription.
