We used the Azure RDS wizard to setup an RDS environment in Azure.  The process created a self-signed certificate.  This has expired after 6 months.  We want to issue a new one so we can restore connectivity to this production environment.  We found that the gateway server has 2 certs on them (both expired).  One from itself (gateway.xxx.cloud) and another from xxx.centralus.cloudapp.azure.com.  I can issue a new gateway certificate but how to I create a new cloudapp one?  And this one seems to be the one the clients installed on their PC's.
