I have created a test directory in File Storage but how to map to it for easy access from Windows isn't working for me. I created a login for Blob Storage for this client that doesn't satisfy the security how I'd like. I want to change some of their active directories to File Storage for frequent access and leave the Blob storage as an archive. 

So I need a persistent login for File Storage that I can have execute when the machine boots so the client can always have access to their files.  I used CMD and created a short script to mount the Blob I just want something to do that for File Storage.  

Thank you, I've fought with this for months and frankly I'm out of options.  (My client is pushing for a solution!)

Hi Steve,

access to Azure file shares is, at this point, based on the storage account name and storage account keys. It does not integrate in any way with Azure AD. When you create a drive mapping to an Azure file share from within a Windows OS, you need to specify the storage account name as the user name and one of two storage account keys as the user's password.

You can make this mapping persist across reboots by storing the storage account name/storage account key in the Credential Manager (via cmdkey command). Details at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/files/storage-how-to-use-files-windows
