我的Azure QnA Maker服务自5月4日以来一直没有响应，我只是了解它。 

My Azure QnA Maker service has not been responding since 4th of May, and I just got to know about it. 

对kb的端点进行POST会返回"Runtime Core not initialised"。通过QnA Maker网站访问该服务将返回 "请验证azure搜索服务是否已启动，重新启动WebApp并再次尝试"。 

Making a POST to the kb's endpoint returns "Runtime Core not initialised". Accessing the service through QnA Maker's website returns "Please verify azure search service is up, restart the WebApp and try again".

The webapp is running and is available here. The search service is also running. Any ideas on what I can try next?
