I'm trying to convert a ADF V1 job to a ADF V2. 

I have downloaded and installed the 
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=57269

But when I run it I get the error it can't connect. I have access to the ADF job on the portal. Our organization has multiple subscriptions but I do have access to all of them.

I have tried a few different ADF 1.0 jobs and I have tried different subscription Ids

If you are migrating a ADF from subscription1 to subscription2 , we need to have access to subscription2 .
