Not sure I am fully understanding your question here.

All the options for HPC can be found in the document you provided

You are able to deploy HPC solutions using Batch, Virtual Machines, Cloud Services, HD Insights 

We also provide a list of HPC VM sizes which you can find here:

If you are interested in how much something will cost, you can use the Azure Pricing Calculator to pick the needed VM sizes and the average compute time you plan on using. The price will vary based on the number of compute hours and the size of the VMs you are deploying.

For a free trial account, you are only allowed a small number of cores. I believe it is only 4 cores. So testing any HPC with a free trial account will not be of much use. 

Personally, using Batch is often the best choice for HPC workloads. So I would suggest you start by looking into that service
