I have a scenario to read an excel/csv file and write the contents of the file to the destination system.

我正在使用Excel Online（商业）并将文件存储在一个驱动器上。 

I am using Excel Online(Business) and storing the file on one drive. 

文件更新时，我得到文件属性，但是我无法获取文件的内容。

When the file is updated, I get the file properties, however I am unable to get the contents of the file.

May I know how can I read the contents of the file.

Not sure but you might be using When a file is created (properties only) trigger.
