I am working on a project, we are using the spatial data services. Our client is from Kuwait he wants to plot the postal "20300, Kuwait" and "25404 Kuwait". It is showing the wrong location in kuwait.

Do you have a definitive source for these values and their location?  A quick web search only turned up this,http://www.kuwaitwebinfo.com/zip-code-postal-code-kuwait , for me and neither of your codes are shown as valid.
