I'v configured a server ubuntu 18.04 in Azure, but when I try to access a external FTP server using a command line, I got this error:

The credencial and address are correct, because I use the same informations in another Ubuntu 18.04 (local) and its work..

Is this Azure App Service or Azure Virtual Machine or Azure ..?   If Azure App Service (which is specific to this forum), do provide more info such as webapp name (here or indirectly) and UTC time of incident.
