I am a software engineering student who recently learned about masscan from watching tech talks. I wanted to make sure there would not be any problems if I created a VM and used it to run masscan because I haven't been able to get it to run on my windows computer at home. Thanks!

Hi Galen, 

I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work. Default NSG has the outbound rule to allow traffic to Internet. Let me know if you have any issues.
