when i tried to connect to cloud shell in azure it shows me an error as "Failed to connect terminal: websocket cannot be established. Press "Enter" to reconnect.". Can anyone help me out to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

I just tried to connect the same and i receive the same error, i tried on shell.azure.com that doesn't connect as well. Can you try to connect to shell.azure.com. Also in which region are you trying to connect this?

Also is it from your corporate network ? if so there might be restriction on shell interaction from third parties via firewall. To check this you can connect the cloud shell from outside of your corporate network if you are able to connect, then its the corporate network firewall which is not allowing you to connect to the terminal. you might have to speak to the network admin to fix this issue.
