I would like to take the datas from a SAP idoc (idoc inbounds) to insert its into a sqlserver table.

I believe the SAP Idoc inbound will be a flat file(Correct me if i am wrong), you can upload the corresponding Flat file schema of SAP idoc in an integration account.Use Flat file Decode action to get the respective XML out, use the Xpath's to get the respective data.Then put a corresponding SQL Server action in your case SQL Server insert to feed into SQL Server table. you can use foreach if it has multiple data sets. Make sure you put it in a scope for better error handling mechanism. This is one of the approach. 
If it is bulk data insertion then using ADF would be better.
