Am trying to increase the Total Regional vCPU in East US as an account Owner.

但是

1. I donot see any option to increase that from Request Quota
2. The support has been totally unhelpful, they want a Global Admin to make this request but i donot see any Role of Global Admin in IAM roles and i am already the owner of the account.
