Recently I requested a support regarding a problem when running build.cmd with the chatbot SDKv4 + QnAservice and it was identified that the problem was related to a BUG by Microsoft. This specific issue has been resolved.
But now I have noticed other problems that apparently have no reason to occur.
Sometimes when I try to run build.cmd in the Azure online editor I get one of the messages below. I have already restarted the instances, but the problem persists.
The application is not being used (is only for my test), I already restarted all apps, so it could not be in use.The other message says that it does not find npm command , but if it executes only npm directly at the prompt it does exist.So I have no idea what might be causing this new problem.
Has anyone ever experienced this ?

Hi, I faced the similar warning issue but not the 'npm' not recognized.
When I delete the "bin" folder under "WWWROOT" and rerun the "build.cmd" it's working fine without any issue's.
