I have installed Visual Studio 2015 Professional on Windows Sever 2016. How do I remove "Azure" in "Server Explorer"? I don't have any Azure Accounts.

After research, I found we cannot remove the Azure inside the Server Explorer window, sorry for this inconvenience.
