Hi I have following question/issue

In some unknown to me circumstances the

[HTTP]:500 - Internal Server Error [CorrelationId]:746cd59e-c056-0000-616b-81a46a673a64 [Version]:16.0.0.8810 - Unknown Error

appeared on my API management page. This prevents me from assigning permissions to the apps.

Every time I try to assign permission to the application I got the following:

[HTTP]:400 - Bad Request [CorrelationId]:9a6cd59e-b00d-0000-98d9-6171376ed8ba [Version]:16.0.0.8810 - The service principal for permssion request remt-sk-solution could not be found

I have tried different browsers in normal and private modes as well as cache and cookies cleared.

Additionally I have tried to grant permissions via powershell as well with no success.

 

Do anyone had a similar problem and successfully resolved it?

Please check the account and make sure you are using the Tenant Administrator to approve permission to apps, here is a similiar issue in GitHub for your refernece:
