I have share point SQL server database 2012 hosted in Azure.last couple of weeks, users are reporting that there is some slowness issue but we are not sure whether its application , server or database.

I did a quick check in database and generate a report against db found that CPU usage is 69% and Logical IO performed is 80.58.
