HI，

You can go to the VM's Overview page in Azure Portal.

You will have a chart which show Disk operations / sec. Thats the best way to find the iops for that Virtual Machine.

You can also use the tools to measure the iops.

For Linus iostat or iotop will be helpfull. For windows you can find the live information in task manager itself.
