问题描述

我安装了一台带有Windows Server 2019数据中心和SQL Server版本的新服务器Microsoft SQL Server 2017（RTM） - 14.0.1000.169 Azure上的（X64）。

一旦Sql Server引擎无法使用 由服务帐户重新启动，我发现错误 作为关注者，

Once the Sql Server engine can not  restarted by the services account and I found the error as followers,

System log 

从远程客户端应用程序收到了TLS 1.2连接请求，但服务器不支持客户端应用程序支持的任何密码套件。 TLS连接请求失败。

TDSSNIClient初始化失败，出现错误0x80092004，状态代码0x80。原因：无法初始化SSL支持。无法找到对象或属性。

TDSSNIClient初始化失败，出现错误0x80092004，状态代码0x1。原因：基础架构初始化失败错误。检查以前的错误。无法找到对象或财产。

From your error message, please make sure that you have enabled TLS1.2 on your server. Please refer to How to enable TLS 1.2 for Configuration Manager and TLS 1.2 support for Microsoft SQL Server. If it is not work, please share detail error message for analysis.
