I am not able to see my UWP application that was associated with store using the option "Associate App with Store" from Visual Studio. We need the application secret and Package SID to be used for Push Notifications.

You normally use your MSA account to associate your app with Windows Store and these applications will not be visible in Azure AD.  You will have to publish an application to Azure AD in order to see that in Azure AD.
