我正在配置多租户应用程序，有些人删除了应用程序ID uri并附带自定义应用程序，我需要恢复orignal值，我不要我想重新注册应用程序，我能以任何方式获得旧值吗？

i am configuring multi tenant application and some one deleted the App ID uri and came with custom one, i need to have the orignal value back and i don't want to rergister the app, any way i can get the old value back?
