AFAIK, this isn't supported. Did a quick scan of the existing Log Analytics API references but none of the APIs support this. Came across an old but related feature request for something similar. Would encourage you to upvote the feedback to get some traction on this. Technically, this should be possible as represented with the ITSM connector solution. That said, the feature owners will be able to answer this authoritatively.
