I have on-prem Azure MFA setup. and I can go to user< portal

However, it only sends a request  if I happen to be connected to the same network as the server

它不会向外部请求发送应用请求

It will not send app request to external request

它可以到达门户网站外部，但当我尝试登录时，等待应用程序的回复，因为我批准或拒绝批准时不会收到应用消息 然后问我安全问题

It can reach the portal external but when I try login it waiting for a reply from the app and since I do not receive the app message on approving or disapprove it  then ask me my security questions
