hi, i have a scenario where i need to delete all the campaign criterion (target) of a campaign.  But upon checking the API, i don't see any api call that would return all the campaign criterion ids for a campaign, is there a way to get it so i can delete it via the API?

With the Campaign Management API you can call GetCampaignCriterionsByIds and leave CampaignCriterionIds null/empty. You'll still need to call the operation multiple times i.e., once per criterion type. 

With Bulk API you could download the CampaignTargetCriterions, set each criterion status to Deleted, and upload the file to apply the delete operations.
