We are sending a single call out to the API from our CRM platform and trying to score against ~500 possible branches. The issue is that response times are taking 20-30 seconds, and that's not fast enough for our needs. Any suggestions on what might be causing the slow down or thoughts on ways we may be able to speed it up?

If you are using Azure ML studio you can enable logs to check for any issues. If this does not help and if you have a support plan you can create a support request to Machine learning or Machine learning studio services from the portal.
