Hi,

We have a requirement in SharePoint online project where if an item is approved we need to send the alerts to all the subscribed users. We are planning to use the SharePoint Alerts but that doesn’t work on complex views but works on simple views. 

Anyone who has worked on Custom Alerts or Complex View Alerts using CSOM/JSOM please do let me know.

Any suggestions will be of great help.
