我们有遗留的Lotus Notes数据库。目前，我们使用Lotus Enterprise Integrator（LEI）工具将数据从此数据库迁移到SQL Server 2008 R2。

We have legacy Lotus Notes database. Presently we migrate the data from this database to SQL Server 2008 R2 using Lotus Enterprise Integrator (LEI) tool.

Now we are replacing SQL Server 2008 R2 with Azure SQL. When we are establishing the ODBC connection in LEI tool to Azure SQL database with new database name and server name, we are getting below error - 'Reference to database and/or server name in 'master.dbo.syscharsets' is not supported in this version of SQL Server'.

LEI工具在Windows Server 2008 R2上运行。 Azure SQL数据库是刚创建的，并且只使用从SQL 2008 R2生成的脚本生成了表模式。

LEI tool is running on Windows Server 2008 R2. The Azure SQL database has been created freshly and only the table schema has been generated using the scripts generated from SQL 2008 R2.
