Our Cert's expired.  Attempted to rekey it.  Rekey request gets accepted, then nothing happens and no status and no progress. nothing. tried next day, cert apparently still not re-keyed, our website is still non-functional. And nowhere to turn to for assistance. Anyone out there can help? thx in advance.
