I wanted to make sure there are no Gotchas with phyiscal/VM disks that have Network Attached Storage when replicating them to Azure. While I have used Azure Migrate for assessment for the VM no issues have been flagged thus far, so I believe there will be no issues when replicating starts to Azure?

It should just ignore any network attached drives. It can only see and replicate "physically" attached mounts.
