我将从PC连接到手机。我将推送更新到Android手机，同时通过服务将数据从手机导入到某个外部数据库。 

I will connection from my PC to phone . I will be pushing update to android phone while importing data from phone to some external database through a service . 

我应该使用什么形式的技术：WinForms或WPF或UWP？ 

What forms technology shall I use : WinForms or WPF or UWP ?
