I programmatically access the Consumption API to get access to the Usage Detail Report. Over the weekend, the resourceRate field is now 0.0 for all resources. Normally, the consumedQuantity multiplies by the resourceRate and equals the cost - which is now blank for all resources. Is anyone else experiencing this? I do not see any notes or changes to the documentation indicating a change was made.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? There doesn't seem to be any change in consumption API's. This could be an intermittent issue. You may want to retry and see if that yields you an expected output. If problem persist, my best suggestions would be to contact support by creating a billing support ticket.
