我尝试使用PowerShell Desired State Configuration创建Azure DSC。在创建时，在选择软件计划中，我可以选择2个相同的选项。 

I tried creating Azure DSC using PowerShell Desired State Configuration. while creating, in the Select a software plan I can 2 same options. 

这是一个错误还是意味着什么。 Plz详细说明。 

is it a bug or does it means something. Plz elaborate.
