Hello,

I have a team that works a lot with .pdf files (HR and Legal).  Is there anyway to share the file, through SharePoint online, so that people can comment on the file.  This would be to avoid downloading, commenting, and re-uploading the file.  

I don't see post-it note or commenting as an option.  

Not sure if there is another option or a way to do this?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Hi Kerry,

It’s not supported to edit the PDF in browser in SharePoint Online.

As a workaround, I recommend you using "Open with Explorer" in classic experience and "View in File Explorer" in modern experience to pen your SharePoint library in your File Explorer first, then open PDF files with client application to edit it.
