I have a test Azure Cosmos DB on East Australia having Write region and West India being Read Region.

我如何将写作区域移至西印度，将印度西部视为阅读区域？我的测试数据库非常小，大约5mb。

How can I move Write region to West India keeping west India as read region? My test database is very small in size say around 5mb.
