we are using azure portal for API management and api gateway. We have bunch of APIs and each of them have few operations (end points) inside.

Is there a way to see all the operations across all the APIs on one page , sort of like a directory ?

You would have to use the APIM REST API for custom scenarios. In this case, you could have to List all APIs and then loop through them to get all Operations for each of those APIs.
