According to my understanding, we can only attach two permission mode with the custom permissions created in cosmos mongodb api i.e. read and all(create, Read, update and delete).

But my requirement is to remove delete access from the permission so that attached users won't be able to delete the mongodb objects specifically collectors.

Also, is there any method or way by which we can increase the life of resource token by month or year?

Yes, your understanding is partially correct. There are Master Keys and Resource Tokens. Master Keys are is either Read-Only or Read-Write (all CRUD operations). Resource Tokens enable clients to read, write, and delete resources in the Cosmos DB account according to the permissions they've been granted.
